Tekkabuz Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Tekkabuz platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all forms of activity on Tekkabuz, including sports betting, esports betting, casino games, poker, crash games, fishing games and any other product or feature available on the platform now or in the future.

Tekkabuz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 2. Eligibility

To register and use a Tekkabuz account you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact our support team immediately to resolve the situation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information when registering your Tekkabuz account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Tekkabuz is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information you have provided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tekkabuz account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must inform Tekkabuz immediately. We will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login details.

3.4 Verification

Tekkabuz may request identity and payment verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Requests for verification are made in compliance with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practices and are non-negotiable.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Tekkabuz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to Tekkabuz are processed as quickly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to several business hours depending on the processing bank. Tekkabuz does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Tekkabuz account, or to a method verified as belonging to you. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses issued by Tekkabuz are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not been converted into withdrawable cash by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. It is your responsibility to track the expiry of any bonus you have claimed.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Tekkabuz are final once confirmed. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure that all bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirming a wager. The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tekkabuz and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially legal action:

• Creating more than one account under any identity
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or any other multiplayer format

12. Account Suspension and Closure
